Kevra System
Star system forming the home of the Alti Dominion. The Alti homeworld is a binary system of 2 planets orbiting each other, both orbiting Kevra.
When the Alti Dominion was founded, one of the first things they did was conquer the other world in the binary system, taking over the primitive faction inhabiting it.
Near their homeworld, they found a precursor Dyson sphere. They built a large shipyard and automated mines on every world. This discovery was a major contributer to the Dominon expanding as rapidly as it did.
Kevra is a class G star. The Alti binary system is located in the 2nd position from the star. There is one lava planet and several gas giants and then ice giants with a number of regular rock planets inbetween. Of course, the Alti defended this system well. Especially the homeworld binary system, which has a large number of fortresses orbiting both the planets.
Of a star nation so hyperfocused on military strength, the Kevra system has become a fortress. With a huge number of massive defence platforms as well as countless starships constantly on patrol, the Kevra system would be almost impossible to attack. It is likely even strong enough to challenge HF assaults through sheer numbers, but the Dominion continue to reinforce the system anyway. Though much of the supplies for these defence platforms are fabricated in the system, it relies at least partially on the large territory of the Dominion and its significant supply chain, so blockading the system might make it easier to attack. Similar to its weapon platforms, there are also dedicated Subspatial Starship detection and Cloaking Device inhibition stations which would make it difficult to destroy using such starships. The Kevra system, as the home system of the Alti and being the fortress it is, has been portrayed as a shining place of liberty that all traxilax can enjoy. Many festivals are also held in the system, many of which are military parades but many other traxilax traditions are held as well. Some of these are recorded and streamed all over the Dominion, often showcasing the massive fortresses as well as a sign of strength.
