Greenvyre
A farming town residing in the east, bordering the lands of Verdath and close to the mountain pass into The Red Waste. A river, Wyltflow, runs through the town, which supplies its many farms with the water they need to grow crops.
This very river also brings with it a magical corruption from Verdath, causing the crops to grow monstrous in size and sight. These very plants at times will take a mind of their own, needing to be cut down and dealt with before worse happens.
Citizens are closely monitored for signs of corruption by the Chosen, as well as their harvests. It is known that Mother Isha makes one's soul a depiction in the fruits of their labor, and as such, farmers with considerably more monstrous products are scrutinized closely. Often, the Silent Flame may investigate these people, where man, woman, and child alike are dealt with accordingly.
While it is rare for bad harvests to result in your spot on the wall, exiles into Verdath are not as uncommon, being told: “You hold in your spirit not what Mother Isha guides, but what Blight wants. In such, you will be given to them, so that Blight and her Carrion Hunter may do with you what they wish so desperately in having called for you in spirit.”
