Carrion Hunter
The Carrion Hunter is one of the Twin Gods of Verdath. The Hunter and The Beast are inseparable, two beings joined in purpose and power. Both predator and leash, an endless hunger of the hunt pulls at the Carrion Hunter.
It is said in life that the Blight and Carrion Hunter were twins of a joint cause, but their ascent has warped this. As the Blight creates and warps beasts and the land, it has been seen that the Carrion Hunter hunts these beasts and cuts down the land. Perhaps the Blight only expands to tame the flame inside the Hunter, or maybe the Hunter drives back the vines and beasts the Blight can't help but to create. Nonetheless - He does not destroy her, and She humors Him the same.
Those hunters that pray to Him see the Carrion Hunter as necessary, and a paragon of the hunt. Ascended to temper the Blight and protect the rest of the wilds. They also recognize that the Hunter will destroy any in its path, for when the urge takes over, none can resist.
