Group Frostbourne

Overview

Group Frostbourne is a newly formed adventuring party operating during the frozen age of 1378 AEC, in the wake of The Long Roar and Ellara’s transformation into a land of unyielding winter. Originating in Winterhaven, the group was assembled with the shared goal of rebuilding Fort Frostbourne—a ruined stronghold intended to serve as a waypoint for trade, exploration, and resistance against the growing harshness of the world.

Though a diverse and unlikely gathering of individuals, Group Frostbourne has already proven themselves resourceful, formidable, and more tightly bonded than their short time together might suggest. From brutal ambushes to tense negotiations and unexplained magical events, they have faced numerous threats while steadily uncovering secrets buried beneath the snow.

• Restore and fortify Fort Frostbourne as a strategic outpost and economic foothold in the Ellaran north.
• Investigate the disappearance of the Stonesunder dwarves and uncover the truth behind their exile.
• Navigate tensions between orc tribes, dwarven factions, and religious powers in cities like Aubrey.
• Avoid drawing attention from dangerous entities—particularly those tied to the dark pacts made by certain party members.

Current Members

Logrhyn Cragborn – Dwarf Marshal
The group's stoic tactician and field commander. Loghryn carries the burden of his exiled clan and seeks to restore their honor, all while keeping his chosen family alive and steady. Wields a massive shield made from the stone of Stonesunder Mountain.

Ruby Pettigrew – Half-Orc Gearslinger (Adept)
Inventive, impulsive, and fiercely loyal, serves as the party's mechanical genius and emotional core. A former orphan from Brightport, she travels with Loghryn and is never far from her wrist-mounted ballistas—or her next big idea.

Nythera Rhyelith – Elf Rogue
A cold, composed veteran whose skills and presence hint at a long and secretive past. While her methods may be ruthless, Nythera is fiercely protective of the group, especially . There are whispers of the name “Raven’s Breath” that seem to follow her.

Chimera – Tiefling Warlock
A charming enigma wrapped in wit and shadow, Chimera brings social finesse and unpredictable magic. Formerly of the Witchlight Cabal, he hides more than a few secrets—most notably a pact with the ever-watchful fiend, Kalgoth.

Base of Operations: Fort Frostbourne

An abandoned fort southwest of Winterhaven, Fort Frostbourne was acquired through a shared investment by the group and a larger caravan of settlers and tradesfolk. Though in ruins when discovered, efforts are underway to restore its walls, forge its purpose, and establish it as a foothold in the northern wilds. The party now ventures out into Ellara while the restoration continues under their guidance.
