History
Founded by the Byni in 483
Traded with and partnered with the Byni until 1046 when the Itherians attacked Byni.
Have managed the financial and social life of the Nemanoi since.
Demography and Population
The Nemanoi occupy Time slot 4 and the Jimenna occupy Time slot 2.
Territories
All of the planet Neman in the Time slot 4.
Military
Small defense force serving more in a police role. They will be developing planetary defenses when they realize that the rest of the universe does not follow their strict code of ethics.
Religion
They worship the memory of the Byni that they call the Watcher. They believe in the Watchers children and explain the Time slot variance with religion.
Foreign Relations
So far the Nemanoi have only limited contact with their off worlds, but they are beginning to space travel and will soon be a hub of trade.
Laws
Honesty and Integrity are central to all the laws and so other laws are interpreted in connection with that.
Agriculture & Industry
Every family has a business of some kind and so produce their product and hire each others children to run the works. When a child comes of age they are expected to begin to take over the family business.
Trade & Transport
Trade happens at the Marketplace in Kunki and will eventually include off world trade.
Education
Each family educates their own children but there is a military academy that all children attend in their teens in order to serve their turn in the security force.
