Hover Technology
Hover Technology is commonplace in almost all forms of transport in Jana. Originally established in Kaishi and further expanded on by the I'lix Coalition during their technological reformation. They work by generating Kinetic displacement forces that push against gravity. Hover Technology in its concept and use has always been about reducing the risk of lifting incredibly heavy objects and transporting goods at a much more convenient and efficient pace for the everyday person.
In the years of its improvement, a miniaturization of the technology was developed. This miniaturization allowed the technology to be used in industrial machines and even replace rudimentary technologies that still used gears of some kind. In most inner-world sanctums and colonies the hover tech was also eventually pushed for recreational and extreme sports. One such development was the invention of 'Aerokour', where competitors float through neigh impossible obstacle courses designed to increase the mastery of these devices and close the gap between the super and non-powered. Aerokour is also used in basic military training to improve kinaesthesia.
In frontier worlds like Jana, they do not usually carry the sleek and effective designs that are mass-produced in the inner worlds. Poverished Colonies create hover-pieces using scrap metal and recyclable materials they can find and simply power them with Portable Tri-Cores to reduce production costs. In wealthier colonies, which import their hover-tech, they do not possess the same accident-prone and wear-down qualities. Hover Tech can be found in Bikes, Hoverboards, Fabricators, the Train and Transportation Machinery.
