Hersotain of Hasoråg
The Hersotain of Hasoråg is a small and weak state which holds a few islands off the Girithiudan coast, exiles from one of the early realms to fall during the Þaru Wars. Despite being weak and with a very low population, the nation has been quite a danger to the coasts of Giriþiuda, especially with the larger threat of the Konuger of Jøkað looming in the south. However, it is unlikely this small realm will last very long as consolidation continues.
History
Hasoråg was founded in 1935 by a group of exiles fleeing their former realm on the island of Ånf, fleeing the nation which would eventually unify the island and form the Konuger of Ånf. The nation would be one of the most powerful of the exile remnants along the coast of Giriþiuda, consolidating many of the islands. For over 30 years, their raiders ranged the northern seas, capturing slaves and establishing a base. However, after the arrival of the Konuger of Jøkað into the region, Hasoråg was pushed out of all of their lands except the island-fortress of Hasoråg itself. The nation has become an entrepot for the worst of the raiders, people fleeing justice and other types of exiles.
