Prince Rygarde abolishes the Court Circle of Katrapetch

The imposition of a City Protector gave Prince Rygarde direct rule over Katrapetch and swept aside a system of government in the city that had lasted for almost fifteen thousand years. He also broke the Staff of the Raja and seized the Succession Ruby, which became the first of the Fate Stones to be added to the Fate Snowflake.
