Prince Rygarde
Prince Rygarde was an ambitious member of the Limit Princes who made an attempt to conquer and corrupt the evolution of Magicians' End after the Dark Scream provided him with a mechanism to cross into that world.
He set himself up as the ruler of the Limit Protectorate which governed Magicians' End between 5149 and 5184 APC. As one of the Limit Princes he only occupied a human form by recent convention and for convenience. His true nature, which could only be expressed fully in the Limit Lands, allowed him to manipulate energies of various kinds as easily as matter albeit with some of the same limitations.
His scheme to achieve irreversible control over Magicians' End involved the use of the Fate Stones, but before he could collect them all he was defeated by the Loyalist Thaumatic Army Council in a battle called the Eviction.
He retreated to the Limit Lands to lick his wounds and the latest intelligence suggests he is still there.
