Lord Mayor/Lady Mayoress of Sunrock
The Lord Mayor or Lady Mayoress is the traditional title of the ruler of the Mayoralty of Sunrock.
The holder of this role is entitled to run a small staff of up to twelve individuals to assist with his or her duties.
Duties
The Mayor or Mayoress chairs the meetings of the Sunrock Commonality and has a casting vote. Their office is also responsible for setting half of the agenda of the Sunrock Commonality with the other half determined by its members.

The popular vote of all property owning inhabitants of Sunrock aged thirty or older.
Length of Term
Elections are held every twenty years. The title can only be held a maximum of two times by any one individual.
