Lady Ruth Fenlass

Lady Ruth Fenlass- Bramosia

Lady Ruth Fenlass was a minor but ambitious aristocrat who held a junior position in the Council of Eight at Zalgurim in the first half of the 32nd century APC.   Born a commoner, as plain Ruth Bramosia in 3098 APC, she married the last heir to the Fenlass family name, Lord Thomas Fenlass in 3026 APC.   Her son Xander Fenlass was born in 3028 APC.   She was recruited to the Sisters of Vabatan by Clarise Vabatan in 3157 APC when together they drained the Copolleme sisters, Alicia and Beatrice using them for the Fountain of Life spell and taking their lives to assist her political ambitions.   In 3170 APC, she compounded her crimes by consuming her own daughter-in-law, Amoretta Fenlass, a second victim which helped to bring her closer to her goal of becoming the Magistra Primus of the Council of Eight of Zalgurim, a position she finally attained in 3184 APC.   Lady Fenlass held the role of Magistra Primus of the Council of Eight from 3184 APC to 3309 APC, when she was deposed.   The story of her rise to power is told in full in Volume 7 of Clarise Vabatan's Diary.
