Amoretta Fenlass
Amoretta Fenlass- Giconi
Amoretta Giconi was the daughter of Feirance Giconi and Lintaretta Giconi, who owned the Meldine River Company. After her parents were executed by Jermon Verelfeth in 3125 APC when she was a child of only six, she was adopted by Polla Coretti, a young widow who had been her nanny.
The terms of her parent's will conferred half of the company holdings to Amoretta Fenlass when she reached the age of forty, to be managed by the existing company merchants and captains until then.
In a second and independent complicated legal settlement, her orphaned cousins, Alicia Copolleme and Beatrice Copolleme were granted a joint voting seat as an Adjudicator at the Council of Eight which reverted to Amoretta Giconi if they died without husbands.
This in fact, happened when the sisters perished in 3057 APC in a supposed accidental fire. In reality the pair were the victims of the Sisters of Vabatan, their blood drained in the Fountain of Life by Clarise Vabatan and Lady Ruth Fenlass.
Amoretta married Xander Fenlass, the son of Lady Ruth Fenlass in 3158 APC when the Adjudicator rights she inherited after the death of her cousins, came under the indirect influence of her husband and mother-in-law.
On 20th Pruth, 3159 APC she gave birth to a son, Feirance Fenlass, named after her deceased father.
In 3170 APC she became the second victim of her own mother-in-law, drained for purposes of the Sisters of Vabatan and to further the political aims of her killer.
