The Pathfinder Corporation
Pathfinder Corporation is a transhuman company created to utilize The Gate Network. Operating out of the Pathfinder Gate Headquarters, the Pathfinder Corporation employs thousands of marines, ecosphere scientists, data scientists, and indentured resource extractors.
Structure
Pathfinder is a subsidiary corporation, created in partnership between three of the seats of the Planetary Council. Created as a flag of convenience to protect the parent corporation against legal threat. Pathfinder is staffed by members of the Security, Habitation, and Agriculture corporations.

To give everyone access to life on a bounteous New Earth.
Assets
The Pathfinder Corporation has access to all of the resources that the Planetary Consortium deems worth the investment. However, they also directly control territory. A research and development station lies under the surface of Mercury. The forward base for the corporation is on the Vulcanoid asteroid itself, and is staffed by 300 people.
History
Pathfinder was created eleven months after the Fall. Surveyors from the Energy department of the Planetary Consortium were surveying the Solar System's sunward half for resources when they discovered the Vulcanoid asteroids. When assaying the asteroid for resources, the miners found the Gate. Shortly thereafter, the Pathfinder Corporation was founded.
