Ulysses is a corporate bureaucrat who managed to survive the Fall of Earth. Before the Fall, he was the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Tesla, a company that created personal vehicles. He was known on Earth for negotiating with the world's governments to keep personal vehicles legal, despite the ecological risk. His performance in court against the government judges was lauded on social media as a "total dunking on the Man". He survived the Fall by utilizing his own private spaceplane, which he kept on a launch pad attached to the skyscraper that he lived in. He was sent to the Vulcanoids to work on the The Pathfinder Corporation's project due to his high levels of social intelligence. He is ruthless and greedy, and he is well-known in journalistic circles for bleeding the companies that he leads dry for his own personal gain.
