The Tribe of Moartia
The Tribe Moartia are not very commonly seen in Angellonian society as they tend to isolate themselves due to their great powers and are mostly seen during a battle or when the "Master of the Eighth Sight" is in council with the other Chieftains. The Moartianians are devout followers of "The way of the eighth sight" and their powers are seen as highly dangerous to one's self and others if not controlled. there are however some who are not gifted in their psionic abilities, making them sometimes outcasts of the tribe.
Their flag/crest is the Angellonian Star with halos surrounding the top and bottom of the star and an additional larger diamond in the center: they all represent their mystical psionic abilities. the four diamonds within the star are each represting the four clans within the tribe.
Structure
"The Master of the Eighth Sight" is the one who is charge but due to studying the way of the eighth sight they let a council of eight other masters be in charge of the more tedious, mundane things. those eight masters then are each in charge of 1/8 of the Moartianian headmasters from monasteries, making sure they run the monasteries well, ever since "the incident"...
Culture
The Moartianians see their powers to be taken seriously and to not be used for entertainment or for ease for daily life but used for more serious things and any who does goes against the way of the eighth sight, they are exiled and to not come back until the "Master of the Eighth Sight" allows them to come back or when "The Divine Father" decrees them to return.
Military
The Moartianian military are very powerful psionic users who are only sent out as a last resort as the Angellonians want to show some mercy before sending the Moadakm. When not in combat however, they are used to interrogate and torture prisoners for information or sent along side ambassadors to ensure honest communication.
Religion
They view their religion a bit different than most Angellonians as they believe that the afterlife is consists of being a spirit in the realm of the living than being in "paradise".
Education
All Moartianians are expected to go to a monastery as soon as they have the ability to use their powers and to stay there; studying and meditating, training their powers until they can control it and use it for righteous and just reasons.
