The Tribe of Khosar
The wisest amongst the Angellonians, who are to instruct wisdom to the rest of the tribes, being advisors to tribe chieftains, Commanders and other leading figures of government. Teaching the youth basic skills and knowledge for living in the Angellonian society.
Their flag/crest is the Angellonian Star with an atom and a rod: the atom represents their wisdom/knowledge of the universe around them, and the rod represents their prowess in being teachers to the other tribes. the four diamonds within the star each represent the four main clans of the tribe.
Structure
The Teacher is the chieftain of the tribe with his eight advisors, his eight Commanders and eight governors that enforce the laws within the Khosarian tribe territories.
Culture
They are a wisdom seeking, knowledge desiring culture who love to learn and understand new things and enjoy hearing of new ways of thinking but they tend to be more conservative with their ways and usually do not further learn the advance teachings of "foreign knowledge".
Public Agenda
They are to teach the basics of wisdom and knowledge to the youth such as learning to read and write and to speak properly. the other forms of wisdom and knowledge they let the student's own tribe teach the rest through their parents or other fellow tribe mates but if one lacked parents or fellow tribemates then the Khosakm will gladly take a student under their wing to be a "proselyte" of the Khosarian teachings.

History
only once has this tribe disobeyed their God during the great revolt.
Military
They have the Khosarian army that tend to be more of reconnaissance than actual fighters but are still very deadly. they tend to use stealth to spy on enemy empires with cloaking devices and spy gadgets like cameras and audio recorders.

they have invented a majority of the technology the Empire uses such as cloaking devices, space travel and ect.
Religion
Ever since the great revolt and the consequences that followed afterwards the Khosakm have been very strict with Angellonianism and are very intolerant of any heresy and blasphemy that occurs within the tribe, punishing such people before the zealots could come and arrest such people.
Education
The Khosarians are considered to be the wisest of all Angellonians and understand great amounts of knowledge knowing advanced forms of mathematics and understanding of the physical world.

They have many colleges within the empire with at least one college on each colony of the empire.
