Counselor
Counselors are the more political titles of the Empire, they are to advise and help their chieftains when making tough decisions: warfare, construction plans, justice systems, making new laws. and to uphold laws that are created by instructing the governors of the tribe.
Qualifications
they can read, write, talk and count.
Requirements
some tribes require that a counselor must be male while some allow females. must be at least three hundred years old and married.
Appointment
the elected counselor(s) will be sent to the palace of their corresponding tribe and be sworn into service.
Duties
to uphold the laws of their tribe and to advise the chieftain of their tribe when making highly important decisions.
Responsibilities
they inspect and record all of the resources of their tribe and inspect their tribe's army if they are up to standard.

they are given a counselor's garments and a belt with the counselor's symbol as the buckle.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
treason, heresy, blasphemy and when terms are finished.
