Qualifications

they have to be a veteran from their corresponding tribe's army and have been chosen by "The Divine One" at the great holy temple.

Requirements

An Angellonian Male who is married and begat children.

Appointment

the people will vote for their governor and the top four most voted will go to the Angellonian Temple and the priesthood will give those governors a golden bowl that is decked with their tribe's corresponding gemstone and then those governors will fill those bowls with the blood of an animal sacrifice. they will then place their bowls onto the altar and "The Divine One" will cast a fire down into the bowl of the Governor, He has chosen.

Duties

they are to govern their province and uphold the laws of their tribe and to ensure the quality of life to their fellow tribe members.

Responsibilities

signing and establishing laws, bringing justice to those who break the law, and making sure their tribe's army is well supplied (Commanders and Captains would do this in the Zhedakm and Spadakm tribes). they are to keep their province governed and to promote good and holy citizenship.

Accoutrements & Equipment

they wear the governor's robes and are given the staff of governor which is a golden staff with an Angellonian cross on the top and a pike at the bottom.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

They can be removed if they are guilty of corruption, blasphemy, heresy, sinful acts against/with their fellow Angellonian (Like murder, adultery and lying for example).

Cultural Significance

They have helped keep their provinces governed, their laws followed and the crime rate of their provinces well kept.

Notable Holders

Governor "Ice Tongue" (known for having his tongue being stuck to ice for two days) for exposing the conspiracy of the philosophers who had planned to overthrow the government and had helped take back the frozen city during the great revolt war.
