Furyians
A particularly vicious sect of raider tribes with an even worse reputation. Like the Go Gangers, they make their home somewhere out in the Wilds in the ruins of some oil refinery that allows them to power their diesel engines. Most, if not all, are half mad, poisoned by radioactivity due to their proximity to what they call the “glowing stones”, and more often than not, cannibalistic.
More often than not, roving tribes of Furyians live a nomadic lifestyle, only returning to whatever source of diesel they’ve discovered like some pilgrimage to a holy city. As such, whatever ‘home base’ they have is entirely unknown to outsiders - and to them, the secret is absolutely worth killing over.
Structure
Whatever internal organizational structure may exist is not evident from the outside. Any survivors of encounters with Furyians only describe them screaming something along the lines of “Witness me!” and an overall chant about “Fury Road”. If there is a leader of this pack of half-mad Raiders, no one lives long enough to tell of it as captured Furyians are either so “glow-sick” that they die soon after capture or are so mad that they throw themselves into a fight with reckless abandon and often get themselves killed and their vehicles destroyed.
Culture
Witness Me, Die in Glory, Better to Burn out Than Fade Away
Public Agenda
Having any kind of agenda besides raiding for supplies, vehicles, and.. well… meat… would require someone talking to a Furyian longer than it takes for them to find the nearest sharp object and stab the questioner.
Assets
For the Furyians, the biggest asset that any individual Furyian can have is their vehicle - often times their raids involve rampant car theft, ultimately with the goal of bringing the vehicle back somewhere to refit it from solar to diesel - the one true fuel, according to those who ride the Fury Road.
History
The average Furyian doesn’t even know their own history, and would likely not particularly care. The glow-sick, after all, does not do wonders for one's mental acuity.
