Eiji is an undercover operative and informant for the Oracles, occasional Ark Runner, and Vance Long's crime-stopping partner. No one is entirely sure what they do in their down time, or if they even have any - but they are a dedicated servant of justice and a loyal friend.
Eiji doesn't talk about their childhood. What is known is that they served as an informant to the NeoTokyo Oracle branch for many years, before finally signing up for Oracle Academy themself. They are currently assigned to Metropolis as Vance Long's partner, and though the two initially did not get along, they have become good friends. Eiji is also a great fan of Victoria Harland's poetry, and never misses an opportunity to talk literary shop with her off the clock.
