Douglas Valentine is a beloved figure in inner Octant Dionysus, which is good seeing as how he is one of the councilmembers representing the Octant.
A known gambler in Dionysus until about 7 years ago, when he became a manager of one of local casinos. After that endeavor, he became a recent member of The Council.
