Misc Notes
- Headquarters and main training center for the Bellonari Corps.
- Training occurs both on Bellona and Sethlans.
- Needs to track Ruartei Calendar for managing deployments, reports, etc. across all of The Caelum. Uses the Sethlans Calendar for coordinating with the planet. And tracks the calendars of all the systems it protects as well as the Juridical Calendar (for legal matters) and the Vecu Calendar to appease The Court.
- Need to recalculate the total living area (capacity) since they have more housing than they normally need (so they always have room for troops).
