A Soikan Military Lieutenant, ex-pirate and ex-Jedi.
Taken in at the age of 5 years old to become a Jedi, Bennek left that life when he fell in love with Tuniz. The two of them became pirates in the early years in order to immediately financially support their budding family, and when Ria was born, they settled down on Eshan out of fear the Jedi would sense her strong Force capabilities. After never telling their children who they were, Ria was denied the opportunity to leave Eshan and become a Jedi.
However, Bennek's unwillingness to let his daughter go led to Ria forsaking her name and leaving anyway. This would come to be one of Bennek's greatest regrets.
