  The Grand City of Rael-Aestra is a vast and wealthy city that fancies itself part of Concordia, though it is too far south to be part of that region in truth. It is a place of soaring architecture, bright facades, and beautiful monuments.   The city is some 7000 miles north of Meridan, in the center of the Aestra-Archipelago.
