Cors is a subcontinent located in the Teralothian Mediterranean Sea.
Most of the civilized Peoples of Cors are Humans. Around 80% of the population consists of Corsars, while the other 20% are mostly divided into Flamans, Mardim, Damarans and non-human species like Halkarans and Orobans.
Noteworthy are also minority groups of Felana and Neda.

Cors has a population of around 5 Mio. intelligent, civilized humanoids. It therefore has an average population density of 0.15 per Square Kilometre.Most of the civilized Peoples of Cors are Humans. Politics
The subcontinent is for the most part under the influence of the Corsaraen Empire, led by a Pirate King or Queen. At the moment, the holder of this title is Marissa Rusthead VI. Furthermore, the empire is divided into 6 states, each of which is lead by an Admiral. These admirals are traditionally leaders of independent armadas of pirate ships. As a result, the empire is often times thrown into strife and rivalry. The seat of the Pirate King is the city of Wharftown, a repurposed Shadim Fortress that has fallen near the center of the subcontinent. There, a representative Mouth of each armada resides in the King's Court.Culture

Geography
Cors is a large landmass inside the Teralotian Mediterranean Sea. It is around 6000km long in East-West direction and 5400km long in North-South direction. To the south and east of the subcontinent, there are large Mountain ranges with volcanic activity.
Localized Phenomena
In the Brown Wastes, regular arcane storms ravage the lands, killing most plants and smaller creatures in their path. While this phenomenon has not been thorougly researched, many believe it to be linked to the Crashed Shadim City that Wharftown was built above.
Climate
The center of the subcontinent is mostly arid, while the areas around shores and rivers are subtropical and tropical. The large mountain ranges to the east and south of the subcontinent are bordered by plateaus that hold their own, tropical climate. The waters around the subcontinent are warm and contain some coral reefs.
Towards the center of Cors, the dust deserts of the Brown Wastes buld a very dry and supernaturally free of life.
Fauna & Flora
In the northwestern and southern parts of Cors, the continent is dominated by wast grasslands. The volcanic ranges to the far southwest, southeast and northeast of the continent are mostly free of plantlife. The same is true for the supernaturally lifeless Brown Wastes in the center of the continent. In the south, a large delta swamp holds mangroves. East and North of the Brown Wastes, the jungles of the Green Belt dominates a mountainous region.
