The River Rock Pack
They live on the rocky banks of the river, their village is built around a waterfall and their homes are made out of the crags, caves and fallen trees on the edges of the river. They are good at working with stone and metal. Living towards the top of the mountain they are somewhat isolated and don’t have much bad blood with humans, but are still skeptical.
Structure
The Leader is at the top of the pack hierarchy quickly followed by the Healer.
Culture
The home of The River Rock Pack is located in a relatively isolated spot, therefore they do not have many issues with trespassers and humans. A recent leader change has the overall pack rules more lenient with visitors, especially humans. Even with their seclusion and tolerance to others the pack places high value on physical strength and martial prowess. Some of these skills benefit the pack's work ethic for carving rocks, harvesting metal and minerals and building structures.
In The River Rock Pack their food source is almost divided evenly between fishing and hunting. One of the most common ways they prepare their food is by creating soups and stews. Meat is occasionally consumed raw as a treat. In preparation for the winter meat is usually cured in salt.
Assets
The River Rock Pack's territory consists of mostly rocky terrain, The pack has an abundance of minerals, ore and stone. With the village Stone Eye’s forge they craft a variety of weaponry, armor and other metal goods that they trade down the river to the other packs.
History
During a period of hostility between humans and oddcrura Ash the Standing stone searched for a perfect place for a village safe and away from humans. Ash followed the river up the mountain until he found the spring where the river started, it was a perfect place for a village. From there Ash built up Stone Eye with a group of oddcrura and The River Rock Pack was born.
