Oddiwa (ɒd ɪ wɑː)

This village was founded by a group of explorers and adventurers travelling from Pletheria in search of a previous expedition heading to the arctic north looking for exotic flora and fauna. The survivors of the first winter lead by Kelsey Avery knowing they would have no way to leave the place they had been stranded, made the decision to fight for their survival and carve out an existance where they were.

The ship they arrived on was damaged beyond repair and the few magic users that were on board had limited skill but helpful none the less. The village was initially built out of the bones of their ship and from the ice and snow that surrounded them. She was able to get the people to work together and utilize each person's skills and powers to the benefit of all. Since that time, the village has been able to sustain itself and every one there provided towards the subsistant life style.

The next generation of survivors has continued the life and life style in Oddiwa and most are quite content with their lives and their parents have long since become accustom to their new home. There are a few that truly miss their "warmer lives" but have religated themselves to the fact they may never be able to return.
