Cacopo
This small village on the froze coast of Draceana's Northern Enclave. This village has slowly been growing in population as time passes as there are more followers of Lady Draceana Duchess of Winters Breath. This might be due to the stories being told around the fireplaces of people seeing her, or being lost in the snow and somehow being found alive.
So far these stories seem to be just that... stories, but they are definitely become more frequent.
