Nalin (/ neɪl 'in/)

Primarily fishing, furs and skins during the relatively warmer summer.

According to oral tradition, this village was founded by a small group of gnomes after they were 'deposited' here by a Gothaem Storm. With very little to start with and even less to protect themselves from the cold they had tried their best to meet the onslaught of this regions winter. Resigning themselves to a cold death, the story tells of a strange woman visiting them during the height of a strange storm of blue lights in the sky. This woman wearing a sky-blue blouse and wearing a large white-furred cloak with a hand-sized clasp in the shape of a scale, instantly made a shelter made directly from the frozen ground for all of the new barely clothed arrivals to Pandoria.

Tradition has it that she spent a week with the group and taught five of the party how to hunt and forage for food and how to find shelter and those five taught the rest.

To the present day this village is a devout follower of Lady Draceana and any new arrivals are taught the ways of their patron and give no quarter to those that choose not to follow the "Rules of the Snow".
