Mothika Tribes (mɑːθ' ɪ kɑː)
Four separate tribes make up the Mothika Tribes region of the Kavatikan continent. The names have been roughly translated from their individual languages, to elven, to common. So there is a good chance something might be lost in translation.

These tribes have do have the ability to use magic but it is not above second level but when cast, they have maximum effect, duration, and if applicable, damage.

History
These tribes have existed before the arrival of Aria. The tribes were completely human in the times before Aria (BA). With the onset of Gothaem Storms, the area began to see Sylvan elves appear in the area. The initial meetings of the natives and the elves were one of conflict and consistent fighting between the races. This fighting kept on for many generations. It is unknown what caused the fighting to cease, but at some point co-existance began to evolve.
The mass of the population are no longer just human or just elven, but predominately half-elven. There are those in the tribes that may still hold to precepts of elf for elf and human for human, but this is now virtally impossible.
