Oxguarde

Structure

The main focus of this city is education. It does this by housing a number of universities for a variety of subjects, from arcane magic to engineering to agriculture and more. To accompany this focus on learning comes the most comprehensive library on Ociles. The Universal Archive is their most prized location, and so ranking among its staff is the highest honor one can achieve. The hierarchy of the archive also correlates to political power, with the masters of the archive being equivalent to kings of Oxguarde.

Public Agenda

They seek knowledge, and will go to great measures to collect new information. They frequently commission projects of knowledge gathering, and record the results in The Universal Archive. They also welcome any who wish to learn, no matter their race or home city. Many people go there to master their chosen field of study.

Assets

Their most valuable asset is in fact The Universal Archive. Within they hold powerful knowledge, from arcane spells to mechanical blueprints to insight into the other cities. They also hold a claim to a large forest, to provide them with all the paper they need.
