The Universal Archive
Purpose / Function
Oxguarde hoards knowledge, but they need somewhere to put it. So early on, The Universal Archive was created to house all the tomes, tablets and scrolls that Oxguarde has collected.
Alterations
The original building was a large room inside a well defended fort. But as wars slowed and eventually stopped, more and more of the fort was directed toward the library, eventually consuming the entire fort. Extensions were added as needed to ensure a complete database of Ociles.
