Gryphonfall
Structure
This city is run by manufacturing companies. Like a group of guilds, these companies hold council every so often to discuss progress, the market, and outside relations. There are whole companies dedicated to policing the rest and ensuring that their greed doesn't come before their citizens. These functions like government departments, overseeing things like workplace safety and fair wages, sustainable practices and economic welfare.
Public Agenda
They are largely responsible for the industrial part of the industrial revolution currently sweeping through Ociles. New factory methods allow them to produce quality goods in record amounts. Their two main goals are to 1)keep improving their productions and 2)become rich off their sales. They are well on their way with the second, but you can never have enough gold.
Assets
Gryphonfall is a manufacturing powerhouse, producing most of the goods in the world. They have also invented robots to help them out as tireless workers. These robots are very simple, appearing as balls with stick like limbs, and two holes for eyes. They are diligent though, and are powered by mana to do whatever they are told.
