En tiempos de prosperidad, los Astrologus y sus constructos abstractos eran capaces de defenderse por sí mismos, mas por culpa de la Neoplaga, se encuentran en el estado más vulnerable que han tenido por décadas, y los Apostles of Decay han aprovechado esta oportunidad para apoderarse del pueblo.

It is a town surrounded by a palisade with some key features:
- A Lesser Magisterium right in the center of the village where the Kingdom exerts its power over the scholars. It is an offspring of the Mons Astra Magisterium in the EMAcademy.
- With only a population of almost 50 at its historical peak, this village only needed 17 physical settlements to live in to protect the lamps of each and every scholar. Of course, these are mostly empty because everything that they need is right inside their respective lanterns.
- Since Scholars con produce their own food and water by investing a little bit of magical energy, no farmlands are needed in these lands.

Assets
Both stores of Wizardry and Artificiology sell and barter star-themed scrolls, magical items, weapons, armor and everything in between. However, in this era of Plague, Agony, and True Death, the Apostles of Decay have taken hold of these villages' findings, effectively stealing and gatekeeping them.
Architecture
Cada casa, por más vacía que estén, tienen su exterior decorado por una arquitectura estelar donde cada curva figura como un cuerpo astronómico de 5 picos, al frente de cada casa hay una estrella de diversos colores, la iluminación mágica de cada pared se esparce multidireccionalmente igual que una estrella, los colores azul cobalto y morado amatista que pintan los diversos hogare de Polaris, hoy obscurecidos, se aplicaron en honor al Mar Astral que separa las estrellas del Universo Mayor, y más simbolismo de honor a los astros.
Geography
Se ubica en un pequeño valle formado en la pendiente de la montaña, y la única forma de accederla es por el ascensor que la conecta con la base de la montaña o la EMAcademy.
No tiene ninguna fuente de agua natural ni punto de acceso alternativo, previniendo invasión e intervención. Claro, hoy se ha probado que este aislamiento no fue suficiente.

Once, a scholar's paradise, the best place in the entirety of the Novarkan' plane to study the fleeing stars that temporarily shine upon our planet's "skin", giving it energy and a variety of lights. Magical and scientific investigation alike was integrated in this beautiful town, executing joint projects with the objective of understanding the nature of the Rogue Planet that Novarkan is based upon.
Now, it is place of sickness and rot. Ever since the Great Fall, the planet has been... angry. A once contained magical infection is spreading in a new form, penetrating any means of protection that had been created since the Gorohkin Era.
