The Foot of the Stars has no official Government since it is not an official town. But still, a faction claims to be the ruling organization of this settlement, and has little to no dispute over it, the Watchers, a lesser Farinam which claims that Scelerious children are the curse of this world, and most be sacrificed to Him so that the plane may stay in elemental order in chaos.
Defences
None officially, only the Watchers have the resources and manpower to defend this settlement, a small standing army of Druids.
Industry & Trade
Services and Stargazing are the main economic activities of the town.
Employees of the EMAcademy live here to act as envoys, messaging staff or even scientists, but they never touch academy grounds.
Stargazers try and try to unveil the secrets of the stars so that they may be transferred to Polaris for further research.

The living lives on treehouses built in the tree tops of the oak trees of this forest. These are very high above ground, so they are very safe from threats that can't take flight.
There is a Lesser Magisterium built inside a tree, artificially painted in black, which represents the town's loyalty to the King, and its ruling government.

An unofficial settlement where living beings reside in the treetops at the foot of Mons Astra, the highest peak in all of Mystralis, and an artificial lonely mountain constructed by our settlers as an offering to the stars.
Even if it is unofficial in nature, the Foot of the Stars is not illegal, since it is taxed, and loyal to the administration. The thing is, no government security shall be provided to any settlements like this, so they are forced to survive on their own.
