Drizarch
Purpose / Function
Even legendary dragons could not fend off the Magical Forces of the Monarchy when their rule was challenged, so some of them fled, tails between their legs, to a corner of the continent of Mystralis, allegedly to plan how to retake the land they claimed for Millenia from their new conquerors.
One can expect every type of dragon to live here, from material to planar, from dead to undead, and most of them live underground. The massive hole with teeth that they constructed is said to be the entrance.
Ante de Sacra Monarchia, the dragons were the lords of the South, whilst the Giants where the lords of the North, an age-old agreement that further proves their ancient rivalry, even in a plane as isolated like this.

- Dragons, of course, the lords of Drizarch. Most remaining ancients where heavily scarred during the Purge and have not brought up a fight against the Monarchy ever again. Hierarchy and order are still the top priorities. Nonetheless, some weird types have been spotted over the years, unnatural to planes like this, shadow, fey, undead, gems... etc.
- Dragon Slaves, ranging from Dragonborn to Kobolds.
- Foot Soldiers, such as Abishais and Guard Drakes
- Wyverns, lesser beasts who followed their dragon lords, now nearing extinction as they take up too much food.
