History
Originates from a colony originally from the time of United Earth due to the discovery of rich natural resources on the planet of Tawet. Because of this heritage and long established control over Tawet, the New Galactic Republic has yet to challenge its Monarchy. Lawyers of the Holy Kingdom were successful in arguing for self-determination, allowing them to remain in power over Tawet, but at the cost of not being able to establish other subject monarchies on neighboring planets.
Demography and Population
The Holy Kingdom of Tawet is a complex collective of different cultural groups, united under the throne. Billions call Tawet home and the Holy Kingdom oversees them all.
Technological Level
There are remnants of advanced technology from prior to The Scream under control of the Holy Kingdom. Much of these remnants are critical to the manufacture of Spike Drives.
Religion
The source of legitimacy for the aristocracy is their religious sacredness. According to the Children of the All Seeing Eye, the nobility and their descendents are charged by divine power to guide the people forward.
