Identifying Characteristics
Tabor has three distinctive tattoos on his person. The first two are a pair of white streaks from his eyes down to his jaw bone. The third is a silvery number thirteen on his neck.
Special abilities
Bad Luck
More of a curse, Tabor struggles with fortune. Something of a walking Murphey's law, bad stuff just seems to happen to him. Fortunately? This appears to extend to those in his immediate vicinity, causing anyone in his presence long enough to also experience bad luck. That, thankfully, tends to make dangerous situations more of an even playing field.
Expertise
When your luck is bad, you learn to get good enough to overcome it. Preparation is the enemy of misfortune, so Tabor has learned to be prepared for just about any situation.
Apparel & Accessories
Tabor tends to dress in blacks, whites, and greens. He has been seen wearing a black peacoat with a white scarf, despite a warmer climate.

Nexus
An unremarkable man trying to live an unremarkable life despite a penchant for bad luck, Tabor lives in an apartment in Nexus and spends his time trying to work odd jobs to pay the rent and keep himself (and his cat) out of trouble. Despite everything, it seems to work out.
The Scrapyard
After accidentally helping Marian Swann to escape from her home in Neo City, Tabor wound up in the Scrapyard where he met with the Party for the first time. Intrigued by his curse, Fio has offered to try and help him break it.
Employment
Because bad luck can make holding down a steady job difficult, Tabor finds odd jobs through the Trail Wardens or other community services. He isn't afraid to leave town to get things done either.
