Emhlen Lodges

The Jerinalian Mountains and the eastern Jerinala March of the Kingdom of Emelrene are the territory of the Emhle (Free Emelan people). Most dwell in small villages called Lodges, each governed by one to three clans. These clans follow a simple feudal structure established during the Covenant of the Es (6000 to 680BT). These lodges preserve ancient lore and cultural practices, and many serve as bases for wardens and rangers to monitor the dangerous Ethereal Zones or Planar Rifts.

Emhle lodges are not always aligned and sometimes disagree, usually over the exploitation of natural resources in their territories or, less often, over religious differences. Many lodges worship a complex array of gods, including Ziem (Siem), Ylvyr (Ilvir), and the ‘Old Gods’; however, all follow the mysterious Cult of the Covenant. The widely recognized leader of the Emhle people is the Dheria-Isvan, who rules from the High Mountain citadel/Lodge of Abrelyn.

Divael Lodge

Ruling Clan: Hamthela

Leader: Lodge Master Kasir Hamthela

The wardens of Divael Lodge focus on monitoring the dangerous Divel Ethereal Zone to the northeast.

They are concerned that, recently, Eldest Ones, Ice Elements, and a White Dragon have been observed near the zone.

Shadrynglyd Lodge

Ruling Clan: Kheltralyn

Population: 100

Leader: Lodge Master Adan Kheltralyn

Clan Kheltralyn is known as experts on Gytevshai and is often called upon for advice and help in dealing with these evil minions of the evil god of assassins and the nightmares, Vanaer (also known as Naveh).

Their Wardens watch over the dangerous Shadryn Ethereal Zone, which has a rift to Kamil, Naveh's grim and evil city on the plane of the gods. Lodge Master Adan’s sister, Melya Khentralyn, lives in Abrelyn and is a close advisor to the Dheria-Isvan.

Ruling Clan: Anhkevher

Population: 128

Leader: Acting Lodge Master Leoddyn Anhkevher

Clan Anhkevher and several smaller clans are dedicated to containing the fire elementals and fire drakes of Mount Belemwys and the Belemwyr Ethereal Zone.

Lodge Master Draon Anhkevher led an expedition to the peak to investigate the sudden spike in Dragon activity; however, he has disappeared without a trace.

Leoddyn Anhkevher has taken a leadership role as acting Lodge Master.
