In Hârn and western Lythia, fantastical creatures dwell that most people never see but all believe exist. Three categories are unique to this world.
The God Ilivir's creations use recycled souls, and once the Ivashu dies, its soul returns to Ilivir to be reborn at the god's whim. Can come in any conceivable form, but most are standard templates such as Trolls, the Rock Giant Hru, or the eye-eating Valsta.
Refugees from the northern realms were driven out of Ivinia by the God Sarajin and his minions. This includes all forms of monstrous creatures, especially Ogres, Giants, and Sea Serpents.
Native to the Karejian islands, the Aegesir is a class of immortal, perhaps divine monsters, of remarkable variety. They include misshapen giants, monstrous sea dragons, beautiful animals, and seemingly almost-normal humans. Some believe that they are the offspring of the gods. They are closely linked to a place and never travel, and if slain, they will spontaneously reincarnate in the same general location. All have some oracular powers.
Includes some NPC Stat Block I used on Roll20 VTT and, more recently, on Foundry VTT for the D&D 5E and Pathfinder 2E systems.
These are guidelines only; I regularly individualize named or important NPCs.
