After receiving a cryptic Morse code message, the Hidora Clan launched an investigation led by Emi Kono’s distraction plan. A small team entered an underground parking lot expecting an ambush but instead disrupted a drug trade. There, they reunited with Nichi, a Dokuken lieutenant working undercover. To avoid suspicion, Nichi helped them escort the shipment using Koiback-modified cars. After a long drive, the assets were safely relocated as the Koi Fangs moved in to seize the rival group’s operations after a large brawl.
