Floating Kaghiz

A bunch of ships that are anchored in the coast of the previously mentioned island. Composed mostly by Ashtarians, the people in the island are attempting to see if they can recover stuff from the crashing in the island and if they can claim the island as a place for non-flying and non-aquatic Ashtarians.

The town is made of Ashtarians that hven't been able to go to the floatinf islands and thus are stuck on the sea layer of Iphars. Most are ashtarians that don't have wings or that are semi-aquatic, but there's a minority of Ipharians and winged astharians that lost their ability of flying. Many people of the town came from a town called Kaghiz in Ashtara and thus named the group of vessels after their old house.

The town formed not too long ago. Initially, they were a group of vessels sailing together, suviving out of fishing and trades with coastal towns. A couple of years ago, they stayed a bit longer than expected in Kliras, specifically on the outskirts of Etetol, where they interacted with the Sirens and other Ashtarians in there. It was during that time when they learned about the Ithetalia island, and many people on Kaghiz got interested in it.

They moved to the outskirts of the island and anchored there. After seeing it wouldnt be easy cuz the dead animals, they started to make the boats a more permanent static town: planks and walks were made between the boats, a floating raft was built and surrounded with the smaller boats int eh town that could still move, as a way to go to nearby towns, a crude pisifactory was started, floatng houses were made, etc. Since then, the town has stayed in there, not moving from where they anchored a couple years ago.
