Thalia Anemos is the second-born child of Matriarch Calliope Anemos and the first-born daughter of House Anemos. By custom, she was the heir, but at seventeen she formally renounced succession to join The Harpy, Blacklam’s special-operations arm of Arch Aeromancers. The decision was unusual but was still lawful. Her decision shifted the line of succession to her younger sister Chrysanthi, Crown-Matriarch Apparent, and recast Thalia’s public role from future Matriarch to one of the crown’s sharpest instruments.   Professionally, Thalia serves as a Harpy focusing on deep reconnaissance, high-risk extractions, and decisive strikes. After studying in Didachē Anemōn, her ohmi became specialized in pressure shaping, micro-gust control, cloud creation and environmental reshaping. She prefers precision over spectacle and trains obsessively for low-signature operations. Peers describe her as competitive, disciplined, and blunt, and subordinates cite clear briefs, tight timelines, and an uncompromising safety culture. She will often defer ceremonial duties when operations spike with the Matriarch’s consent.   Born into a matrilineal dynasty famed for Sonis ohmi, Thalia embodies Anemos orthodoxy in talent but not trajectory. She was raised in Ansdorf, the world’s trade capital. Her renunciation is framed internally as service over station, but externally it signals that Anemos legitimacy includes meritocratic avenues beyond the throne.   Thalia has been central to Blacklam's response to the Kingdom of Hodrana's border probes and rumored mineral hunts.
