Friendly
Despite past conflicts in history, modern day relations between Firina and Tierra are friendly. The two countries often providing military and medical support to each other, as well as having a strong trade agreement. The recent return of The Tuscendite to prominance as decayed the relations a bit on Firina's side, as Tierra's response to the terroist organization has been considered disappointing.
Neutral
Tierra and Tora have a long history of differing opinions on matter of laws, ethics, and progress. While Tierra largely sees Tora as an ally, their dominance over laws regarding experiments and technology globally works against Tora's interests. It is unlikely in the case of war or emergency that Tora would come to Tierra's aid.
Unfriendly
Tierra tolerates Isolde's isolation as well as their national policies in diplomatic meetings, but it is well known that the country supports several organisations that work to undermine Isolde policy, such as the Initiative Towards World Health, as well as taking in and protecting refugees. Isolde greatly disapproves of their friendly relations with Firina, and in current times are far more aligned with the values of the Tuscendite over Tierra's ruling government.
Neutral
Tierra strongly disagrees with the growing violence caused by the rebels, and the attacks against metropolian areas that result in many casualties. Diplomatically, they remain neutral on the matter, avoiding both Firina's request that they also provide support to the rebels, as well as Isolde's request for assistance fighting. Instead, Tierra works to provide resources to the Initiative Towards World Health to support the wounded. The Rebels do not consider Tierra a threat or an ally at this time.
Hostile
The Tuscendite are a violent terrorist group in Tierra that consider the currently rulers to be disgustingly soft on interspecies relations, and largely have aims to take over to correct this. Tierra largely disagrees with their methods and ideology, but there is a level of sympathy at the higher level of government that seeks diplomatic solutions to the issue rather than using military force.
Hostile
Emilia once held an esteemed position as Tierra's Nature prior to the discovery that she was a Hybrid, and her attempts to sabatouge Tierra's government. These attempts still continue to haunt the country, as well as Emilia's group still attempting to take control. Tierra's previous General was brutally murdered by a Council Member that turned out to be one of Emilia's.
As far as Tierra is aware, the Hybrids believe themselves to be the sucessors to both the Elementals and the Ravagers, and are working towards making sure they are only ones left standing.
