Seen by the world as the first rebellion Isolde has seen in ages. In reality, this is the banner the Chaos Elementals have united under, fighting against Isolde's attempts to destroy them.

Firina has their own motivations for providing limited support to the newly organized Rebels, as it works to destablize Isolde. The Rebels are greatful for any help them can get, even if Firina is unaware of their true nature.

Tierra strongly disagrees with the growing violence caused by the rebels, and the attacks against metropolian areas that result in many casualties. Diplomatically, they remain neutral on the matter, avoiding both Firina's request that they also provide support to the rebels, as well as Isolde's request for assistance fighting. Instead, Tierra works to provide resources to the Initiative Towards World Health to support the wounded. The Rebels do not consider Tierra a threat or an ally at this time.
Hostile
Tora has responded to Isolde's requests for assistance against the Rebels by providing information support and hacking attempts. This in turn has made their infastructure and soldiers a target for the Rebels. While the common citizens remain unaware, upper government officials of Tora are aware of the Rebels true nature through their infiltratition of Isolde systems. The limited tech of the Rebels and Tora's citizens believing in the idea of a grassroots rebelion against Isolde are largely what limits Tora's effectiveness.

Isolde is determined to destroy the threat that the Chaos Elementals pose to their country, with their current Queen Glacia fully aware that the 'Rebels' are lead and organized by her first-born daughter.
The Rebels' goal is the destruction of the current state of Isolde's ruling class and breaking Isolde into pieces. Fueled both by the Fire-like bloodlust for Ice Elementals, and their members rage at the oppression and genocide of Isolde, it is unlikely they will stop until every city in reach is razed to the ground.
Hostile
While the Tuscendite and Rebels are a world apart, both factions would violently try to destroy each other if they had the ability to. As allies to Isolde, and zealous believers in the Heirarchy of Elementals, the Tuscendite largely calls for the suspression of the Rebels, though they remain in the dark regarding their true nature. The Rebels have an avid interest against them as their take over of Tierra would mean that their forces would join Isolde in the fight against them, as well as attack their sole proponent, Firina.
Hostile
As far as the Rebels are aware, the Hybrids believe themselves to be the sucessors to both the Elementals and the Ravagers, and are working towards making sure they are only ones left standing.
Emilia and her group view the Isolde Rebels as an oppourtunity to gain further control of Isolde in the Chaos they leave in their wake. They have so far failed to gain any infiltration into the small group as any that try are quickly routed out. Emilia is unaware of the true nature of the Rebels.
