The banner that the Royal Emilia Lihrand has united her group of Hybrids under. It is unknown to the world what they call themselves, or the territory they control since Emilia was exilled.

Tora considers the Hybrids pests, but are largely confident in preventing their infiltration, and were not effected by Emilia's previous attempts to take power. Given that their attacks have largely been against Firina and Tierra, Tora focuses on keeping them out of important roles, rather making any attempts at eradication. For Emilia's Hybrids, Tora's focus on surveillance and digital tracking has made attempts more difficult, but perhaps not as impossible as Tora believes.

Emilia and her band of Hybrids have attempted to seize control of Firina on multiple occasions, either by killing the heir to the throne, or by attempting to replace their military leaders with fellow Hybrids. As far as Firina is aware, the Hybrids believe themselves to be the sucessors to both the Elementals and the Ravagers, and are working towards making sure they are only ones left standing.

Emilia once held an esteemed position as Tierra's Nature prior to the discovery that she was a Hybrid, and her attempts to sabatouge Tierra's government. These attempts still continue to haunt the country, as well as Emilia's group still attempting to take control. Tierra's previous General was brutally murdered by a Council Member that turned out to be one of Emilia's.
As far as Tierra is aware, the Hybrids believe themselves to be the sucessors to both the Elementals and the Ravagers, and are working towards making sure they are only ones left standing.

While Isolde escaped Emilia's focus for the initial attempts to gain control, they are constantly being infiltrated by Hybrids. With Isolde's focus on genetic purity, the Hybrids are horrifying beasts to be eliminated, as well as being a large inconvinence in the Purity Investigators focus on hunting down Mixed Elementals. Emilia's group has focused on the chaos caused by the Rebels to sneak more of their people in, hopeful to find the power they need to destroy the state.

To the Tuscendite, the Hybrids are the living, breathing version of everything they hate. To the Hybrids, the Tuscendite are Elementals, which they seek to destroy, although Emilia views the group as an oppourtunity, as their fervent violence leads Tierra closer to a civil war. One that she intends to exploit. Given that the Hybrids following Emilia have no qualms killing Elementals of any stripes, they perfectly blend in among the Tuscendites ranks.

As far as the Rebels are aware, the Hybrids believe themselves to be the sucessors to both the Elementals and the Ravagers, and are working towards making sure they are only ones left standing.
Emilia and her group view the Isolde Rebels as an oppourtunity to gain further control of Isolde in the Chaos they leave in their wake. They have so far failed to gain any infiltration into the small group as any that try are quickly routed out. Emilia is unaware of the true nature of the Rebels.

Emilia's vision for the world doesn't include the Elementals, but it also has no room for the Ravagers. Instead of joining forces, the Hybrids infiltrate and destroy the Ravagers from the inside. Joining the race for Gold from other universes, the Hybrids are constantly in a fight against the Scourge, which relies on the Gold from other universes to fight their war against the Elementals. It could be said that Emilia and the Hybrids have done them most in pushing the Scourge back in over a century.
