Blood Raiders of the Shallows
An offshoot of the The Quel'nathreal military, not publically acknowledged mostly due to the vicious and illegal nature of the raiders tactics, but are secretly supported none-the-less. Their main misson is to hamper any effort by The Gold Compact in particular focusing on engaging with Vlanielish Imperium but have recently worked with Kingdom of Nematu to expand into Deep Sea.
