Western Leffiten Empire
Founded in 1398 after breaking away from the Leffiten Empire due to physical distance and a drifting religious stance. The overall society is based around a shamanistic worship of the Orcish spirit, referred to in Orcish as Leffital, which is considered to bind together all those of Orcish blood.
As such the empire has maintained a "one drop rule" for those with Orchish heritage to be allowed the opportunity to earn citizenship in the Empire, it should be noted that even full blooded Orcs need to earn citizenship. While any of Orcish blood have the opportunity to earn, individuals of certain backgrounds are likely to experience prejudice based on their races, two of note are Goblins who are viewed as unworthy of the honor and Dwarves given a longstanding distrust between the two races. This racism influencing the society is a holdover from when the Western Empire was a part of the Leffiten Empire and one of the reasons Kels'Rah Kron fought for separation of the two organizations.
Structure
At the empire level it is controlled by the Leffital Imperial Senate with the Emperor of Leffital and the Orcish Diaspora (currently held by Kels'Rah Kron) acting as the chief executive. State and city governments follow a similar structural breakdown, allowing an easy understanding of how to interact with the various levels of government.
Culture
The Orcish society within the Empire revolves around a drive to fully join the imperial citizenry by proving their worth, either through the completion of a particular set of rites of passage or to prove themselves other ways, such as in battle, discovery, or other ways to advance the empire and the Orcish race as a whole.
The primary religion of note is Shamanistic Leffital Worship which worships the Orcish race as a whole and how they can band together. It also takes into account the Orcish Diaspora, where the Orcs were forced out of their ancestory land and have been trying to find a true homeland since.
