The Free Pirates of the Labyrinth
A loosely affiliated "fleet" of pirates that works best when not being told what to do. Not really, but they only manage to be willing to take orders when there is some sort of outside threat, devolving to bickering, fighting, and general rowdiness once it passes. Unfortunately for any of the outside threats, no one knows the Labrinth like they do, making attacking them outright a suicidal endevor.
