Pagekopagos of Anikaisa
Pagekopagos of Anikaisa is a folk god of the Gafinou Peninsula. It is part of the foundational story of Kaisa. As Eugenos the First is said to have received a vision from it that inspired him to begin his conquests.
As the story goes, Pagekopagos told Eugenos I through his vision that he and his family would rule over the Gafinou Peninsula, as long as they served Pagekopagos. Some stories say that the reason the Stommatate of Kaisa fell was because Pelaga the Fourth defied Pagekopagos. Others say that the waning power of the folk god itself led to the Stommatate's collapse. Others say that the whole story was made up to justify Karavasilis rule.
